In my happy bubble

I'm bobbing around in a happy bubble. lalalalala~~~

This morning I woke up happy, changed, and bounced down to the in-house minimart to top-up my phone credit. Nothing to buy for lunch, because the food stalls weren't open yet! Oolala I was up so early. Bounced back to the apartment, sucked on my chocolate-flavoured lollipop, and went to investigate the noise in the kitchen to see which one of my housemates was it. Just because I felt like chatting in the kitchen while eating a lollipop. Not just any lollipop mind you, it's THE CHOCOLATE LOLLIPOP.

The afternoon was spent watching Gossip Girl and The Duchess in bed. The thing about doing nothing is that you get tired after a while. From doing nothing. I can feel myself slip into a burry haze of fuzz and nothing-ness. Cracks are starting to form on the walls of my happy bubble.

At night, I participated in the Earth Hour from 8.30 to 9.30pm. Turned off the lights and brought out the tealight candles. I also burned some aromatherapy for the ambience. I was even reduced to using the torchlight to find my way to the kitchen. It was so much fun. I know it's silly that I find so much enjoyment in playing 'blackout'. This blackout is so cool- it comes with laptop power and the internet and electric fan, but with the darkness and candlelight!

I am still having my lights off, and it's already 10.40pm. I am so touched by my love for Mother Earth. Awww. The lights will come on as this post goes up.
